These Terms govern use of larrybeck.net and consulting offerings described on the Site, provided by Beck LLC (“Beck,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Beck LLC provides technology consulting and related professional services. Descriptions on the Site are informational. Binding scope, fees, and timelines are set in a written proposal, statement of work, or order confirmation.

Paid discovery and packages

Paid discovery and packaged offerings (including multi-day or retainer packages when offered) are sold at the prices listed or quoted. Payment may be collected via Stripe. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, discovery fees are for the defined discovery work and do not guarantee a follow-on engagement.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access, information, and decisions needed for the work, and to ensure you have authority to engage us for systems and accounts involved.

Independent contractor

Beck LLC is an independent contractor. Nothing on the Site creates an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship.

No guarantee of outcomes

Technology environments vary. We do not guarantee specific business results, security outcomes, uptime of third-party systems, or that recommendations will fit every constraint.

Disclaimers and liability

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. BECK LLC’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM A PAID ENGAGEMENT WILL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID US FOR THAT ENGAGEMENT IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Disputes will be brought in Georgia courts unless applicable law requires otherwise.
